When i say i want to be with you,
Does not mean i need something else,
When i say i want to be with you,
I mean every word because its true.

It's hard to part when we say goodnight,
Because i hate to watch you walk away,
I wish and wish with all my might,
That i could just make you stay with me tonight.

As every day i spend with you goes by,
Saddens me more and more each day,
I fear that all the time will fly,
For i hate the thought of goodbye.

I've said this before and i'll say it again,
The first person i think of when i wake up,
The last thought i have in my mind as i close my eyes,
When i say i want to be with you...

Will you say the same to me too?
